暑假来临，为使广大留学生度过一个平安快乐的假期，现就做好2024年来华留学生暑期安全工作通知如下：
Summer vacation is coming. In order to make all students have a safe and joyful summer vacation, the following notice is given on how to have a safety summer vacation for foreign students in 2024:
一、严格遵守中国政府的法律法规和学校的规章制度，不组织或参与赌博，不在任何地方饮酒酗酒，不惹事生非和打架斗殴。禁止以任何形式进行传教活动或宗教宣传。禁止非法就业，参与电信诈骗活动等。
1. Students have to strictly abide by the laws and regulations of China and GMU. Do not organize or participate in gambling. Do not drink alcohol. Do not provoke a fight or fight with others. Any form of missionary activities or religious propaganda is not permitted. Illegal employment and participation in telecommunication fraud activities are extremely prohibited.
二、严格遵守学校和学院学生管理的相关规章制度，坚决服从宿管老师的管理，积极配合宿管老师的检查，积极参加学院安排的相关活动。
2. Students have to abide by the relevant rules and regulations of the management of GMU and IEC, resolutely obey the management of supervisors of dorm，actively cooperate with the inspection of supervisor, and actively participate in relevant activities arranged by IEC.
三、严格遵守作息时间和假期宿舍管理规定,自觉保持宿舍卫生，积极维护宿舍团结，保证每天按时回到宿舍就寝，不影响他人休息；不留宿任何人员，不在外留宿；不存放易燃、易爆、有毒、有害物品或管制刀具等危险物品。
3. Students have to strictly abide by the rest time arrangements and dormitory management,consciously maintain the sanitation of the dormitory, actively maintain the unity of the dormitory, return to the dormitory on time every night in order not to influence the others; students are prohibited to accommodate others without permission or stay outside at night. Students are prohibited to store flammable, explosive, poisonous, toxic, hazardous materials or other types of controlled knives.
四、严格遵守有关安全方面的规章制度，牢固树立“安全第一”的理念，切实对自身的人身及财产安全负责，坚决杜绝各种存在安全隐患的行为，不在宿舍内乱拉乱接电线、生火做饭；不使用明火及大功率电器（如蜡烛、酒精灯、电炉、电热棒等）；不躺在床上抽烟、乱扔烟头；不在宿舍内焚烧杂物；不私自外出旅游；不到江河湖泊水库游泳等。若发现任何安全隐患，及时向学院老师和学校有关部门报告。
4. Students have to strictly abide by the relevant safety regulations and rules, firmly cement the principle of "safety first", be responsible for their own property safety, resolutely put an end to all kinds of behaviors that have potential safety hazards, and do not mess with the wires and cooking in the dormitory; do not use open flames and high-power appliances (such as candles, alcohol lamps, electric stoves, electric heaters, etc.); do not smoke in bed, throw cigarette butts; do not burn debris in the dormitory; do not travel privately without asking for leave from IEC; do not swimm in rivers, lakes and reservoirs. If any safety hazard is found, students have to report it to the IEC teachers promptly.
五、假期留校同学，如需离开赣州，主动向管理人员说明情况并登记好离校时间。凡留校留学生，在校期间或外出期间，需要听从学校老师的管理，每天打卡定位。外出期间，一切生命财产安全由本人负责。
5. During the vacation, if anyone needs to leave Ganzhou city, he or she has to explain the situation to teachers on duty and register the departure time for getting the permission firstly. All students who stay in school need to obey the management of school teachers and punch in and share location every day during your stay in school campus or trip/journey. And students take responsibilities for their own security during the trip/journey.
